#momhack MONDAY!

This Monday's #momhack is a personal favorite that I have used for years. When the hot summer months roll in, I have to ditch that hot coffee for iced, one way I try to keep cool in this FL heat. Making coffee-cubes is so much easier and time efficient compared to brewing coffee, cooling coffee, pouring coffee and adding ice that melts all too quickly and waters down your drink.

What you need:

-Freshly Brewed Coffee

-Ice Cube Tray

What to do:

Brew your coffee, let it cool for about 10 minutes or so. Pour the coffee in the ice cube tray(s) and pop them in the freezer. In the morning use as many coffee-cubes as you like, and pour your choice of milk or creamer over them! You have a perfectly chilled, non-watered down iced coffee in record time!

What is great about this hack is that you can freeze so many other things than just coffee like;

-Homemade Stock

-Pesto

-Lemon Juice

-Wine *wink, wink*

-Fruit Juice

-Olive Oil with herbs

and so much more! The possibilities truly are endless! #happyhacking ​
